Let's gather with grateful hearts and immerse ourselves, as a community, in this sacred practice of yoga.
We invite you to join us on this day of thankfulness for our annual Thanksgiving Day Gratitude Yoga. Gratitude is a simple yet powerful form of mindfulness that deepens our connection to ourselves and to each other. Its grounding energy sinks into the heartbeat, infuses into the natural cadence of breath, and ultimately permeates the essence of our being.
There is always something to be grateful for. We are holding this space for you to explore what that is for you and begin your Thanksgiving Day with a reverent yoga practice rooted in deep appreciation. Our yoga family is inclusive and continually expanding to include all those who enter our lives. Whether you have practiced previously in our studio or this is your very first yoga experience, your presence is important and meaningful to us. Please join us.
Spaces are limited, so we do recommend signing up in advance to ensure your space in the room. We do expect to be at capacity.
This will be our only class offering on Thanksgiving Day. All other Thursday classes are canceled for the holiday.

Please bring your own yoga mat. Studio mat rentals are $3 each.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Our events and classes begin and end on time. To ensure the safety and comfort of our attendees, presenters, and staff, the doors will lock promptly at the posted start time and late entries will not be permitted. Please do not knock on the door if you are late and the door is locked.

​Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are nonrefundable, and your reservation can only be used for the date it was purchased for. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or a credit to their studio account. Absence or late arrivals to a workshop or series are nonrefundable.
